We will guarantee our work will be of a professional quality, our people will be friendly and courteous and you are satisfied with the detail, PRIOR to us leaving your home.
If you happen to find something we missed after we leave, we will credit your account towards your next detail. No refunds will be rendered after LVPHD has left your home. Any and all credit issued will be based on time required to correct the mistake and will be at the sole discretion of management. Cost of supplies will be assumed by the company.
Once you've agreed to the detail, have made payment and LVPHD has left your home, NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED.
That may sound like a bunch of legal mumbo-jumbo, but I assure you that your SATISFACTION is our company's goal, and will be our FIRST AND FORMOST concern. It's just that these little disclosures are to ensure compliance and no mistake be made.
